Academy Accounting Ltd are more than happy to sit
down with our clients and prepare budgets for them as a means of
comparing actual activities to expected activities. It is easy enough
for one of our accountants to prepare a budget either in-house and
talk through it with our clients, or indeed prepare one in the presence
of our clients, so that they can have more input at the time of
its preparation.
In the preparation of these budgets, we aim to show clients what
they should "hope" to achieve, but we also show what has
actually been achieved previously. This allows for a comparison
to be made to show in the end whether clients have been successful
or not in their business.
Budgeting paves the way for analysis, which is where we take an
in-depth look at achievements versus expectations, which can ultimately
tell clients a great deal of information about their business(es).
This then assists Academy Accounting Ltd in helping their clients
to plan for a more successful future.
