Schedule of Events
Work Split
Every tax year works the same way with the same guidelines to run
to. The calendar of events below shows the regularity of the work
required and how it can be split up over a period of time:
| Weekly: |
You may operate PAYE weekly for some employees. |
| Monthly: |
Management accounts can be done monthly or even
quarterly to tie-in with VAT returns, so that you would not
have to do the same work twice. PAYE can also be done on a monthly
basis, and this is often the case in UK businesses. |
| Quarterly: |
VAT returns are done on a quarterly basis and
you will be fined if you submit these later than the imposed
deadlines - over 30 days after the end of the previous quarter. |
| Bi-Annually: |
You may need to submit accounts information to
your bank for overdraft purposes. |
| Annually: |
Tax Returns and Accounts are done yearly. |
Whatever your requirements, Academy Accounting
Ltd will ensure that they are done in a foolproof and professional
manner. We will diarise your work/needs onto our system, thus meaning
you can rely on us to get such jobs done on time, therefore avoiding
any possible penalties.

We will send you reminders at various times of the year, so
that you aware of all specific dates. The main examples are:

Income Tax payment date - last date for tax return submissions
before penalties are incurred. |
| April: |

to be done. |
