Company Registration
Companies House is the organisation which is in
control of registrations of all companies within Great Britain.
Academy Accounting Ltd's employees have many years' experience in
setting up new companies for our clients. Therefore, although an
individual can register their company by themselves, entrusting
us to do it for them can be much simpler, as we can deal with all
the paperwork and deal with any possible queries that may arise.
In setting up a new company, individuals must determine certain
pieces of information:
- Details of its constitution by way of a Memorandum and Articles
of Association;
- Details of its directors, members and a secretary; and
- Details of a registered office.

be quite complex and time-consuming, so entrusting us to do it,
with our clients' input, can set them and their new company on the
way to a smooth start.
When registration is complete, a certificate of
incorporation is issued by Companies House, which both we and the
client in question would keep a copy of. From start to finish, these
registrations normally take up to five working days to complete.
For an additional cost, a same-day company incorporation can be
done.
